Who you are buying from

mayoffend.com is operated by may offend. Placing an order forms a contract between you and may offend on these terms, together with our refund policy, shipping policy and privacy policy, which are linked at checkout and form part of them.

Orders

Putting something in your cart is not an order. Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. If we cannot fulfil an order we tell you and refund you in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in your local currency on the product page. Shipping is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place the order. If a price is obviously wrong we may cancel the order and refund you rather than hold you to it.

The product

Every shirt is printed after you order it. Screens vary, so the colour you see may not be exactly the colour that arrives, and print placement sits within normal manufacturing tolerance. The garment is a stock cotton tee carrying a design from our catalogue. It is not made to your specifications, so your right to withdraw applies in full.

Returns and withdrawal

See our refund policy. If you are buying from the European Union you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw without giving a reason.

The designs

The designs are printed exactly as they are shown on the product page. Some of them are rude. That is the name of the shop and it is the point of the product. Where you choose to wear one is your call.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer. Beyond that, our liability for an order is limited to what you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in, and you may bring proceedings in your own courts.
