Return and refund policy

This policy applies to every order placed on mayoffend.com. Ask for anything below from our contact form.

Your right to withdraw, European Union

If you are buying from the European Union, you have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to withdraw from it, without giving a reason and without penalty.

Tell us before those 14 days are up, using the contact form. Any clear statement that you are withdrawing is enough. We confirm that we received it.

Send the shirt back within 14 days of telling us. The cost of sending it back is yours.

We refund every payment we received from you, including the cost of the cheapest standard delivery we offered, within 14 days of the shirt reaching us, or of you showing us that you sent it, whichever comes first. The refund goes back by the same means you paid with and costs you nothing extra.

Our own 30-day return

On top of the right above, we take a shirt back within 30 days of delivery. It must be unworn and unwashed. This is our own promise and it does not replace or reduce anything in the section above.

If the shirt is wrong or faulty

If it arrives damaged, misprinted, or is not what you ordered, send us a photo. We reprint it or refund it, and you keep the first one. Return postage is on us in that case.

Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer. In France that includes the garantie legale de conformite, articles L217-3 and following of the Code de la consommation, and the garantie des vices caches, articles 1641 and following of the Code civil.

Conditions

Shirts come back unworn, unwashed and in the state they arrived in. Read the size chart before you buy. Return postage is on you unless the mistake was ours. Refunds go to the original payment method once the shirt reaches us; your bank may take a few days more to show it.
