Shipping policy

Your shirt is made in the print shop closest to you: in the United States for orders delivered in the United States, and in France for orders delivered in the European Union and Switzerland.

Processing time

The print shop states a production time of up to 10 days from the moment the order reaches it. Transit is added on top of that and depends on the destination. The delivery estimate shown at checkout is calculated for your address and is the estimate that applies to your order.

The United States, the European Union and Switzerland. The countries we can deliver to are the ones offered at checkout.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout against your address and shown to you before you pay. Shipping is free on orders of three shirts or more.

Duties and taxes

Import duty, customs charges and local taxes raised by the destination country are set by that country and are not included in the price shown on the product page, unless the checkout states otherwise for your address.

Tracking, delays and lost parcels

A tracking number is sent the day the parcel ships. If tracking has not moved for a week, tell us from the contact form and we will chase the carrier, reprint the order or refund it.

Wrong address

The delivery address you enter at checkout is the one printed on the label. If it is wrong, tell us straight away: once the order has gone into production we cannot change it.
